The Case Begins

Welcome to Puzzle Corp! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our escape room experiences, including all bookings made through our website, over the phone, or in person.

1. General Terms

By booking or participating in an escape room experience with Puzzle Corp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person.
Prices are listed in US and may be subject to change.
Group bookings may require a minimum number of participants.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Arrival & Participation

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time.
Late arrivals may reduce your total game time or result in forfeiture without a refund.
Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Puzzle Corp reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

5. Health & Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
Some games may involve physical activity, enclosed spaces, or strobe lighting. Please contact us ahead of time if you have concerns.
You participate at your own risk. Puzzle Corp is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage resulting from participation unless caused by negligence.

6. Use of Personal Belongings

Personal belongings, including mobile phones, must be left in designated areas during gameplay.
Puzzle Corp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Intellectual Property

All game designs, puzzles, themes, and related materials are the intellectual property of Puzzle Corp.
Any attempt to record, reproduce, or disclose game content is strictly prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must treat our staff and property with respect.
Any form of aggression, vandalism, or violation of rules will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported to authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzle Corp and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our experiences.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to our use of your data for communication and service delivery.

11. Changes to Terms

Puzzle Corp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Orlando, FL.
